Refund Policy

At Tire Prime Warehouse (TPW), we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

 

Refunds or exchanges may only be approved if:

  • An incorrect item was supplied as a result of our error.

  • A product is found to be defective upon delivery.

  • An error occurred in the processing of your order by our team.

 

In such cases, customers must notify us within 7 business days of receiving their order. Requests must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and, where applicable, supporting evidence such as photos of the product. Upon verification, we will arrange either a replacement product or a refund issued to the original method of payment.

 

Please note that TPW is not responsible for:

  • Customer ordering errors.

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Normal wear and tear.
